ATL Europa, Madrid (RF engineering company)

  • Built the company's stock and procurement system in React, Node.js/Express and SQLite. It replaced Excel sheets and paper records. Wrote the database schema, queries and REST APIs.
  • Built part-request ticketing for hardware engineers and purchasing workflows for management. The system handled hundreds of stock items and dozens of suppliers worldwide.
  • Integrated stock APIs so sales could track stock and tell customers what was available.
  • Gathered requirements directly from procurement and customers. Shipped changes in sprints. Engineering, management and sales used the system several times a week.
  • Handled deployment and CI with Docker on AWS and added tests.
